KEY
Not only do our scouts have advancement opportunities available to them but our Adult Leaders do also.
The BSA requires that certain levels must be met to allow adults to hold a leadership position.
Other course are taken voluntarily by our adults because of their commitment to our scouts.
Rank Although being a scout as a youth is not required to be a scout leader we think that this is worthy of placement here.
Arrow of Light - As a scout signifies completion of the Cub Scout program.
Eagle Scout - The highest honor in Boy Scouting

Wood Badge Wood Badge is considered the utmost training that an adult leader can achieve.
Wood badge is advanced training for adult leaders in Scouting designed to enhance contemporary leadership skill and develop more effective Scouters.  The Wood Badge program gives participants a greater understanding of Scouting aims and methods, while developing true Scout Spirit.  It is anticipated that all people who complete Wood Badge training will continue to work actively in the Scouting program to further the aims and methods of Scouting
.
